Blower Door Pressure Testing & Infrared Scanning
Having your house pressure tested and scanned with the infrared camera will reveal where your house is losing heat. The energy auditor will walk the homeowner through the process, and explain all testing results. This service is a walk through only, and does not include a written report.

Energy Evaluation
This service is offered for homeowners that do not wish to have a full energy audit performed, but would like to have their home tested for energy efficiency. An energy evaluation includes blower door pressure testing and infrared scanning. This service comes with a basic report that will include all testing results and infrared pictures.

Energy Audit
Having an energy audit performed on your home will identify where you can reduce your energy consumption, and evaluate how the house works as a system. The energy audit includes a complete energy evaluation of your home, as well as blower door pressure testing, infrared scanning, and efficiency testing of heating appliances. A prioritized and detailed report listing the estimated costs of suggested upgrades vs. estimated savings, or the savings to investment ratios, will be included, as well as health and safety concerns.

Post Weatherization Testing
It is extremely important to have all natural draft heating appliances re-tested for proper draft, once weatherization measures have been installed. Now that your home has been weatherized, the amount of air needed to safely operate and draft the heating system may be reduced. This is usually an easy fix once the new building pressures have been determined.
We also test for the amount of fresh air that is now entering the home, compared to the amount of fresh air necessary for healthy homes and clients. Having your house re-tested will also show the effectiveness of work performed.
